Eligibility: The TOPFIT Referral Program is open to all existing members in good standing. New members must not have been members of TOPFIT within the last 12 months to qualify as a referral.

Referral Reward: For each new member successfully referred (the new member must sign up for a package of $3388 or above), the referrer will receive 3 complimentary classes of their choice, subject to availability. The referred friend is not eligible for these specific complimentary classes through this program.

Class Selection: Complimentary classes must be selected at the time of referral form submission and cannot be changed once the form has been submitted. Classes are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Claiming Rewards: Complimentary classes can only be claimed after the referred new member has signed up and made full payment for their chosen package. The referrer will be notified via email to redeem their complimentary classes.

Validity: Complimentary classes must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue. Unused classes will expire and cannot be carried over or exchanged for cash or other services.

Limitations: Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to take advantage of the referral program. TOPFIT reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the referral and to disqualify any referrer found to be abusing the program.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

Amendments: TOPFIT reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated to participants via email or posted on the landing page.

Disputes: Any disputes related to the "Refer Friends to Join Us" program will be resolved at the discretion of TOPFIT management, and all decisions will be considered final.
