Customer Service and Sales Coordinator


(Part-time hours: 24-40 per week)


  • Handle all incoming calls and answer inquiries made while keeping the management team updated.

  • Welcoming and assisting members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Sign up clients for a variety of services including group classes and personal training.

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for private training and space rental.

  • Administer and process payments made by customers, providing them with up-to-date copies of receipts and/or transactions made by them.

  • Resolve all customer complaints making sure the customers are satisfied with the service they receive at all times.

  • Provide studio tours to visitors and new clients while maintaining exceptional customer service.

  • Assist in maintaining the studio's cleanliness and upbeat culture to generate more business.

  • Copying, scanning & filing documents

  • Perform other administrative tasks, if required



  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences, sales experience is an asset

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a willingness to be flexible

  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • A pleasant, proactive and mature character

  • Passion for Health and Fitness

  • Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese

  • Experience with the Mindbody system would be an asset but not required

Front Desk

Part Time

We are looking for a part-time fitness Centre customer service assistant to join our professional fitness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the fitness Centre, contacting potential clients, booking classes, confirming attendance for classes, and following up on member’s training effectiveness. Retaining current members and providing excellent customer service to all members. 


• Must have some experience in membership-based sales; at least 1 year is preferable. 
• Must be able to work a schedule that includes a mix of 2 weekday days or evenings and weekend  mornings or afternoons     

  (both Saturdays and Sundays, rotational) 
• Front desk customer services experience is preferred; fitness or health wellness industry experience will be an advantage. 
• Able to speak clearly and confidently to clients and colleagues 
• Knowledge of and regular use of social media, i.e., Facebook, Instagram 
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized 
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required. 
• Sales goal-oriented with an ability to help the sales director achieve sales in memberships, private training, and group training 
• Must have proficient computer skills, such as competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn the usage of company 



• Learn and follow the sales process, follow-up, and closing by contacting prospects via phone calls, text messages, and


• Meet members and potential guests at the reception and answer their questions. 

• Present available services to current or prospective members. 
• Engage with current members on promoting more suitable fitness classes. 
• Ensure the facilities and equipment are clean and maintained, including daily cleanings of the counter.

Senior Pilates  Instructor

As an instructor at Topfit, you'll have the opportunity to lead a variety of classes and training sessions, helping our members to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall fitness. We're looking for instructors who have extensive training and experience in Pilates and who are committed to ongoing professional development. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone.


  • Must be Classically certified in all Pilates apparatus by an internationally recognized training organization;

  • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience; experience with all populations including Elderly and Rehab a plus (to apply for senior roll);

  • Conduct Private and group Pilates classes;

  • Fluent in English and a second language;

  • Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts
