She has practiced yoga, kickboxing, boot-camp training and at the gym for many years.
As a teenager, she was diagnosed with mild curve scoliosis, which can cause back injuries due to faulty patterns of movement that did not accommodate for her spinal anomaly.
In a search for a solution, she found Pilates and fell in love with it, so much so that she decided to pursue & achieve accreditation with Polestar Pilates.
Pilates offers patterns of movement that always starts with the optimal body alignment to achieve maximum benefits in body strength and flexibility. It helps to achieve progression and personal goals without injury.
It's a wonderful form of physical activity on it's own or complimentary to other sports activities.
