Naomi is active, doing various sports ranging from rhythmic gymnastics, ballet and running to aerobics and even boxing. She have always thought it was best to do strenuous exercises such as these if you want to build a strong body. Then came a turning point when I encountered Pilates just after I had my second baby in 2013.
She taking Pilates lessons every week and started taking up ballet later. Motivated by this personal experience, She have further explored the art of Pilates and have got Polestar Mat and Reformer certification.
