Howard’s fitness journey started when his father taught him how to play basketball when he was 14. He instantly fell in love with training and exercise and hasn’t looked back since.
In 2008, he moved to Australia and eventually started lifting weights to stay in shape after he went on four-year hiatus from basketball during university.
His areas of expertise are strength training, fat loss (he has personally lost 30kg/66lbs in a year and a half) and training to aid athletic endeavours.
Howard believes that training is a valuable tool to train the mind and body as he believes it not only builds a better body but also teaches perseverance and builds mental fortitude.
