Important Notice and Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANCE NOTICE

  • All purchases are non-refundable. 

  • TF members can suspend their purchased package by giving TOPFIT thirty (30) days written advance notice to process their request for an extension on purchased package. Please note that each package has a specific number of extensions that can be applied to it, as follows:

    • HK$1,888 and HK$3,388 Package (Max 1 extension)

    • HK$5,600 Package (Max 2 extensions)

    • HK$8,800 Package (Max 3 extensions)

    • HK$12,000 class package (Max 4 extensions)

      *Please note each extension cannot be more than one (1) month. 

  • Lockers provided are for use while in the studio only. Occupied lockers will be cleared at the end of every day. 

LATE POLICY

All members are required to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class to allow yourself ample time to sign-in and prepare for class. To respect other class participations, latecomers will not be allowed in class 10 minutes after class start. 

We typically will extend a 5–10-minute grace period, but ultimately it is at the Coaches’ discretion and safety assessment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class Cancellations by TOPFIT:

  • TOPFIT reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum requirement of three (3) pre-registered participants.

  • In the event of a cancellation, registered clients will be notified via email and/or TF App and/or WhatsApp at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
     

Client Options for Cancelled Classes:

  • Standard Option: If a class is cancelled by TOPFIT due to not meeting the minimum participant requirement, clients will automatically receive a full credit refund to their account, allowing them to rebook another class at their convenience without any penalty.

  • Alternate Option: Clients have the unique opportunity to choose to keep the cancelled class session as a more personalized session. This option requires the deduction of 2 class credits from the client's account instead of the standard one. Clients interested in this option must confirm their choice by responding to the cancellation notice or contacting our front desk team.

 

Client Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients are asked to cancel their registration at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time, and 24 hours advance notice is required for private sessions to receive a full credit refund.

  • Cancellations made less than the prescribed time before the class/ session will result in the deduction of one class/ session credit from the client's account as a late cancellation fee.

Please be sure to cancel in a timely manner to allow members on the waitlist to attend and to avoid any cancellation fees. This is particularly important for our specialty classes that are limited to class size and often have a waitlist.

 

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend a class without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will result in the deduction of one class credit from the client's account.
