Sharon is an active, energetic group instructor and a personal trainer who found her passion in strength and conditioning as well as HIIT. Sharon started her fitness journey a few years with only one goal - fat loss. Soon enough Sharon found out the benefits of exercise are far beyond that. Sharon loves challenging herself and always push herself hard. She wishes everyone can feel the positive energy, joy, and fun in her classes!
