Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a passive healing practice. It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3-5 minutes accessing deeper layers of connective tissues of the body, with the rhythm of the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. It calms and balances the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, improves flexibility and energy flow. You will feel relaxed and refresh after class.
