With an athletic background in rowing, Rachel believes functional training is a lifelong practice to maintain optimal physical health and delivering such approach when training clients. Rachel also specialises in body transformation, fat loss and body alignment, she would incorporate knowledge in group class settings to benefit students live a more confident and healthy life.

Rachel’s interest in meditation has also inspired her to learn different meditative practices to elevate mental health of herself and friends. Her values in holistic health is to empower individuals to find stillness, be wholesome and assist one to live its fullest potential in life.
