He holds a BSC in Sports and Exercise Science (Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Nutrition) and is certified with USSA, NASM, ISSA, ACE and CPR.

After obtaining his Economics and Finance degree at the University of York, UK and pursuing his career in banking he finally made the move and decided it was time to follow his childhood passion. He is a certified NASM trainer and has extensive experience in providing strength and conditioning training to individuals. Furthermore, Raphael's focus is to provide tailor-made programs for people who are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle and creating detailed rehabilitation plans.

Arnaud holds a PTA Global PT qualification and specializes in hypertrophy and sport-specific training. An avid martial arts enthusiast, Arnaud started boxing 10 years ago at one of the premier fighting clubs in London. Having trained with professional MMA fighters along the way, he has honed his skills with the very best and in turn, guides those clients wanting to improve their sparring skills. A member of the 2016 first division Championship and Cup winner of one of the top amateur football leagues in HK, Arnaud applies his knowledge of strength and conditioning training to effectively enhance his clients sporting performances.
