Andy discovered the importance of training during his professional trial with a professional football team in Hong Kong. Since then, his goal is to help everyone discover the most efficient way of training, to improve performance, and to decrease the risk of injury. The desire and passion of Andy has landed him opportunities to become a Master Trainer for a few well-known companies. He’s currently a ViPR Master Trainer, Triggerpoint Master Trainer, and TRX Master Instructor.
Jamie is an an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer with over 6 years experience. She loves competitive sports, especially netball and I thrive in a team environment. She believes that a trainer and the client are a team, and that one cannot succeed without the other. She's Currently a ViPR Trainer, Triggerpoint Performace, and Level 1 Certified Olympic Lifting.
Mayan is now an active and experienced dance performer, instructor and choreographer in Hong Kong. She has been teaching dancing for over 7 years, her experience and patience would help you learn and build up your body condition and skills effectively. As a performer, Mayan also appears in many commercial shows and concerts all over the world. She is one of the main dancers for Super Stars like Leon Lai, Alan Tam, Sam Hui, Hacken Lee, Twins etc. She does not stop here with her talents, but also get invited to choreograph for many big companies.

Wingky is an accomplished dancer in a variety of mediums - including ballet, jazz and Chinese. Wingky started teaching dance in 2009 after many years on her toes. She is also a talented rhythmic gymnast and an ambassador of Active School, Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association, visiting Hong Kong educational facilities where she teaches dance and choreography for various performances. Wingky also appears in many commercial shows and concerts all over the world. She is one of the dancers for Super Stars like Jacky Cheung, Sammi Cheung, Andy Lau etc.

KK has become an active professional dancer since she graduated from Hong Kong Instituted of Vocational Education. KK demonstrate her talent in various dance competition and make her the title winner of The Best Choreographer Awards in the Caritas Step Up Street Dance Competition in 2012. She worked with different pop stars such as Sherman Chung, Twins etc.
KK enjoys herself as a tutor too. She has been sharing her experience in performance and choreography with youngsters since 2009. With her knowledge and passion in dance, her class is always popular and fun.
Eugene has demonstrated his talent as a sportsman in his young age - former Hong Kong Rugby Team player, University Hockey Team player in Wales. Being an elite sportsman, Eugene understand the importance of staying motivated during training is the key to success. His class is always enjoyable not only because of his pleasant character, is his unique way in structuring his class.

Roxend, born in Vietnam and brought up in Hong Kong, is a big fan of Strength and Conditional Training. She has recently participated in the Singapore Strength Classic Kettlebell Long Cycle Competition (103 reps) in 2016.
Roxend believes that mental strength and inner beauty are just as important as any aesthetic goal. Roxend will keep you stay motivated by giving you a challenging but achievable goals. Sabrina is a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer based in New York and Hong Kong.
Graduating with a bachelors in dance at Purchase College New York, she has worked with artists including, Madonna, Teyana Taylor, Method Man (Wu Tang Clan) and more. In her youth she was also a part of Hong Kong’s elite acrobatic team. Sabrina has been teaching dance, fitness and acrobatics for over 7 years in both America and Hong Kong.
Sally is a Registered Yoga Teacher, lululemon ambassador and magazine editor. Sally sees yoga as one of the pillars on her awakening journey, and truly feels the power within when started practising Ashtanga in 2014. Yoga guides her to keep awareness to the internal wisdom(in-sight) instead of the illusional outside world. She loves to encourage her students to practise with heart and enjoy the presence. Whether it is the fast-moving Vinyasa or the quietly-still Yin, Sally's classes are always filled with joy and ease.
Sharon is an active, energetic group instructor and a personal trainer who found her passion in strength and conditioning as well as HIIT.
Sharon started her fitness journey a few years with only one goal - fat loss. Soon enough Sharon found out the benefits of exercise are far beyond that. Sharon loves challenging herself and always push herself hard. She wishes everyone can feel the positive energy, joy, and fun in her classes!
Chloe has been passionate about dancing since she was a little girl, however she didn’t receive proper training till the age of 13. Since then, she received training from a local dance studio in a pre-professional and a professional dancer training program.
She then attended the California Institute of the Arts, majoring in dance. That was when she came across Pilates. When she came back from California, she started her Pilates Instructor training. She is now Polestar Pilates Certified, and dance is always an element in her teaching. Different combinations of movements and the flow o the dance is heavily influenced by the dance training she has had throughout the years.
Sohee started her journey with fitness during her high school years. She was overweight throughout her entire childhood up until her final years as a teenager. As a young teenager, she felt that it was necessary to do something about her health and she decided to make a change in her unhealthy lifestyle. In 2009, she committed to being more active and making healthier food choices to achieve her weight loss goals. Within four months, she lost a total of 25 KG. Other than becoming healthier, her weight loss journey had actually opened her eyes about her athletic potentials. In her senior year of high school, she achieved multiple awards by competing in multiple inter-school cross country and local road races. Through college and up until today, she has won multiple road races in Hong Kong. Through her own weight loss experience and passion for fitness, she has developed a genuine desire to inspire and help others who want to live a healthier life. Sohee is a certified personal trainer through AASFP and has various fitness certifications in TRX, Triggerpoint and RRCA.
