Nathalie started practising pilates years ago after suffering lower back & knee injury. During rehabilitation stage, Pilates helped her develop core strength and enhance muscular control. To pursue her passion for Pilates, she was inspired to take the next step to study with STOTT and become a pilates teacher.
Nathalie loves to create a warm and happy atmosphere in the class. She teaches from heart - her goal is to help more people increase their strength, also tone & sculpt their bodies.
