What is TRX Training?

Created by a Navy Seal, TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX workouts use your body weight, gravity and TRX Suspension Trainers to provide a full-body workout that pushes you to your limits. As a form of resistance training, it trains your body’s strength, balance, core, and agility.

TRX For All Fitness Levels

Designed for beginners and fitness junkies, TRX can easily be adapted to your fitness level – just adjust the intensity accordingly. TRX is simple, you only have to learn 7 basic movements: push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge, plank and rotate. Almost any regular exercise such as a push-up or plank can be more challenging with TRX. There are over 300 exercises you can perform with TRX.

TRX works your core, arms, legs, glutes, and back. Be prepared to use muscles you’ve never used before and test your strength in unique ways. Develop your core body strength, on top of joint and muscular stability.

Challenge Yourself & Sweat It Out

TRX classes typically use a single piece of training equipment (suspension trainers), but some classes include a mix of training tools to deliver incredible results. Remember to bring a water bottle, wear athletic shoes and clothing – we’ll supply the towel, but you supply the energy!
