Poor recovery and poor posture lead to inefficient movements. In recovery classes, we will use foam rollers, bands, as well as a few active stretching techniques to help our bodies recover. Recovery and mobility workouts are designed for anyone who wants to move better.

What is Mobility & Recovery?
Mobility is the ability to move physically with full range of motion. Exercise and daily activities such as walking and running can decrease a joint’s range of motion, leading to a compromised joint. A compromised joint is vulnerable and increases the risk of injury. Mobility exercises help regain movement by stimulating and circulating synovial fluid. This provides nourishment and removes waste in the compromised joint.
Recovery focuses on healing your body through stretching and releasing your muscles and joints. Recovery training gives your body time to repair itself while maintaining fitness levels. It helps develop healthier muscles and lowers the risk of injury, maximising your fitness gains and improving performance in the long run.

Recovery and mobility workouts often involve foam rolling, stretching and more.
Foam rollers help with myofascial release, which breaks up fascial adhesions around muscles for optimal muscle contraction and mobility. This loosens up tight muscles surrounding a joint, restoring and maintaining mobility.
Stretching elongates the muscles surrounding a joint, which helps your joints move through its full range of motion. By performing stretches, you’ll be able to move more fluidly and improve your flexibility!
