Core and Arm Yoga  

A class that focuses on strengthening the core and arm combining traditional yoga postures with some additional core-strengthening exercises.  A strong core and arms enhances your yoga practice immeasurably and promotes healthy posture off the mat as well! Appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
