Pilates is a process. Bridget started her own journey after an injury. Pilates training first helped her as rehabilitation, then continued to build body strength with better alignment and improved whole body health.
After certification in contemporary STOTT Pilates, Bridget went back to Canada for classical Pilates comprehensive training with deeper anatomy education. She is interested in the original principles of Pilates and how it can be applied safely to most people at all ages and fitness levels.
Bridget is also a certified GYROTONIC®️ trainer. This unique movement system helps her to connect mind and body, create space along the spine, and open up the body.
Movement brings joy. Bridget wants to help her clients finding and achieving their well-being goals.
