After studying Biology at the Geneva University, she became a certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, USA). She is also a certified TRX and ZUMBA instructor and a yoga alliance instructor. She is also specialized in pre and post natal training. Having given birth recently, she combines knowledge and experience of working out during pregnancy. Always incorporating elements of fun, her workouts are inspired by different sports and blend various methods such as HIIT, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and plyometrics.

Johnny specializes in dynamic full functional training, calisthenics, HIIT, TRX, Kettle Bells, track, and a combination of explosive strength & cardio workouts. It is his goal to elevate clients of all levels.

After obtaining his Economics and Finance degree at the University of York, UK and pursuing his career in banking he finally made the move and decided it was time to follow his childhood passion. He is a certified NASM trainer and has extensive experience in providing strength and conditioning training to individuals. Furthermore, Raphael's focus is to provide tailor-made programs for people who are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle and creating detailed rehabilitation plans.
With over four years of high-level professional football training in Hong Kong and Brazil under his belt, Shaun has been able to develop both unique and effective techniques to improve your speed, agility and cardiovascular fitness. Not just limited to football, he also has an extensive strength and conditioning background and his client specific programs are the key to helping his clients drop body fat and increase lean muscle at the same time. “A healthy body leads to a healthy mind”. He believes that being able to move your body and make it flow through committed training and diversity is the key to living a healthier and more positive life. A certified NASM trainer, Shaun also holds a level 3 diploma Personal Training Certificate, a kettle bell level 1 qualification and is CPR certified all with Premier Training London.

Learning how to ride a bike in as little as four months before her Ironman competition, Wendy's determination transcends onto others. Wendy is a certified NASM trainer.
